is an Independent Specialist company, Operating in the South of England it provides Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). All Inspectors are Qualified and Members of a Government Approved Accreditation Scheme.
Provide an energy rating for a building , the A-G rating given on the certificate will reflect the intrinsic energy performance of that building. It also gives a comparative Rating for a New building, and a Typical building of exactly the same dimensions.
The inspection process is very thorough and Analyses the Design, Structure and Fabric, of the building as well as individual components, such as Windows and Doors. The inspection also analyses the types of Heating, Ventilation, Lighting, Hot Water Services , and Air Conditioning ,present in the building.
The results of the Inspection are Entered into Government Approved Software, Which allows for the Geographical Location of the Building as well as its Orientation, Apart from providing the Energy Rating of the Building, the Software will Calculate the Energy Usage of the Building, Analysed between Heating, Lighting, Cooling ETC ,As well as giving the CO2 Emissions Figure in kg/CO2/m2.
